Lead times
Manufacture usually takes 5-6 weeks after drawing sign-off. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
About the product
Steel takes an impact that aluminium will not, so it is the usual choice for units that have been targeted before or that sit on a late-night street. Options include crittall-style glazing bar patterns; pairs well with a roller shutter for two layers of delay.
Nearby
Kidderminster is in Worcestershire including the DY postcodes, so the team is regularly nearby in Droitwich, Evesham and Stourport-on-Severn.
Do you need consent?
In Kidderminster, applications go to Wyre Forest District Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
Before you book
Can you work outside trading hours?
Yes, work can be arranged for a closed day or outside trading hours where the business cannot close. We agree it with you when booking.
Is the survey free?
Yes. The survey is free and carries no obligation to go ahead.
How long is the quotation valid?
Quotations are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.
How do payments work?
A deposit is taken when you accept the quotation, a further stage payment on the first day of installation, and the balance on satisfactory completion. The exact split is set out on your quotation.
