How much?
Guide price: from £1,450 plus VAT for a standard opening. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
From order to fitted
Manufacture usually takes 3-4 weeks after survey. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
The product
Rear and side doors are where most forced entries happen because they are out of sight. Common specifications: options tested to LPS 1175; suitable for rear service access.
Nearby
Kidderminster is in Worcestershire including the DY postcodes, so the team is regularly nearby in Droitwich, Evesham and Stourport-on-Severn.
Permission and Wyre Forest District Council
In Kidderminster, applications go to Wyre Forest District Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
FAQs
Do you cover the whole of Worcestershire?
Yes. We cover Kidderminster and the rest of Worcestershire, including Droitwich, Evesham and Stourport-on-Severn.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
