Steel shopfronts fitted in Daventry

For Daventry shops and offices, we survey the opening before any price is given which is how the steel shopfronts end up the right size.

Lead times

Lead time is typically 5-6 weeks after drawing sign-off. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. We can fit on a day the business is shut.

Specification notes

Steel takes an impact that aluminium will not, so it is the usual choice for units that have been targeted before or that sit on a late-night street. You can specify crittall-style glazing bar patterns; pairs well with a roller shutter for two layers of delay.

Coverage

Our Daventry jobs sit within Northamptonshire covering NN postcodes, which puts it on the same route as Corby, Wellingborough and Northampton.

Planning rules in Daventry

Planning in Daventry goes through West Northamptonshire Council. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. The survey confirms which rules apply.
