Permission and Shropshire Council
Shropshire Council decides planning in Oswestry. A straight replacement is normally permitted, but anything that alters the look of the street usually needs consent. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
What it costs in Oswestry
Budget from £1,150 plus VAT as a starting point. Your quote depends on the opening size, the finish and how easy access is. Your price is held for 90 days.
Lead times
Allow 2-3 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. On site, most Oswestry jobs take one or two days. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
Specification notes
A grille secures the opening while leaving the frontage visible, which suits units inside shopping centres and anywhere a solid curtain is not wanted. Options include folds back into the reveal during trading; keeps the display visible.

Before you book

Can you work outside trading hours?

Is the survey free?
