Security doors fitted in Lincoln
Security doors in Lincoln start from about £1,450 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
For Lincoln shops and offices, the first step is a free site survey so the security doors arrive made to fit.
Do you need consent?
In Lincoln, applications go to City of Lincoln Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. You will know before you order.
How much?
Budget from £1,450 plus VAT as a starting point. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
From order to fitted
Lead time is typically 3-4 weeks after survey. Installation in Lincoln is usually a day or two once everything is made. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
What gets fitted
Rear and side doors are where most forced entries happen because they are out of sight. You can specify multi-point locking; options tested to LPS 1175.

Before you book
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of Lincolnshire?
Yes. We cover Lincoln and the rest of Lincolnshire, including Skegness, Boston and Grantham.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
