Price guide

Timescales
Expect 2-3 weeks after survey for manufacture. On site, most Lincoln jobs take one or two days. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
What gets fitted
A grille secures the opening while leaving the frontage visible, which suits units inside shopping centres and anywhere a solid curtain is not wanted. Options include retractable lattice or fixed bar designs; folds back into the reveal during trading.
Our Lincolnshire area
We treat Lincoln as part of our Lincolnshire round covering LN postcodes, and we are often working close by in Skegness, Boston and Grantham.
Permission and City of Lincoln Council
Planning in Lincoln goes through City of Lincoln Council. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. You will know before you order.
Before you book
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
How much does security grilles cost in Lincoln?
