Questions from Birmingham customers
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
How much does access control cost in Birmingham?
Access control start from around £950 plus VAT for a standard opening. The exact figure depends on the width, height, finish and access, and comes from a free site survey as a written, itemised quotation.
