Security grilles fitted in Skegness
Security grilles in Skegness start from about £1,150 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Across Skegness, we start by measuring the actual opening, not a photo which is how the security grilles end up the right size.
How much?
Budget from £1,150 plus VAT as a starting point. Your quote depends on the opening size, the finish and how easy access is. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
How long it takes
Allow 2-3 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. Fitting a standard Skegness unit is normally one to two days on site. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
The product
A grille secures the opening while leaving the frontage visible, which suits units inside shopping centres and anywhere a solid curtain is not wanted. You can specify folds back into the reveal during trading; keeps the display visible.
Our Lincolnshire area
We treat Skegness as part of our Lincolnshire round including the PE postcodes, and we are often working close by in Grantham, Lincoln and Boston.
Do you need consent?
Planning in Skegness goes through East Lindsey District Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. The survey confirms which rules apply.
Before you book
Do you cover the whole of Lincolnshire?
Yes. We cover Skegness and the rest of Lincolnshire, including Grantham, Lincoln and Boston.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
