Timescales

What gets fitted
A grille secures the opening while leaving the frontage visible, which suits units inside shopping centres and anywhere a solid curtain is not wanted. Common specifications: retractable lattice or fixed bar designs; folds back into the reveal during trading.
Coverage
We treat Redditch as part of our Worcestershire round covering B postcodes, which puts it on the same route as Bromsgrove, Malvern and Droitwich.
Planning rules in Redditch
In Redditch, applications go to Redditch Borough Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, but anything that alters the look of the street usually needs consent. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
Costs
Budget from £1,150 plus VAT as a starting point. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
