Price guide
Security grilles start at around £1,150 plus VAT. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Your price is held for 90 days.
How long it takes
Lead time is typically 2-3 weeks after survey. Fitting a standard Ludlow unit is normally one to two days on site. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
What gets fitted
A grille secures the opening while leaving the frontage visible, which suits units inside shopping centres and anywhere a solid curtain is not wanted. Options include retractable lattice or fixed bar designs; folds back into the reveal during trading.

Planning rules in Ludlow
The local planning authority for Ludlow is Shropshire Council. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, but anything that alters the look of the street usually needs consent. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
FAQs
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of Shropshire?
Yes. We cover Ludlow and the rest of Shropshire, including Bridgnorth, Newport and Market Drayton.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
