Security doors fitted in Birmingham
Security doors in Birmingham start from about £1,450 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Across Birmingham, we start by measuring the actual opening, not a photo so the quotation for the security doors is a real figure.
Price guide
Budget from £1,450 plus VAT as a starting point. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
Timescales
Lead time is typically 3-4 weeks after survey. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
Specification notes
Rear and side doors are where most forced entries happen because they are out of sight. You can specify options tested to LPS 1175; suitable for rear service access.

Permission and Birmingham City Council
Planning in Birmingham goes through Birmingham City Council. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
