Price guide
Manual roller shutters start at around £890 plus VAT. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
From order to fitted
Allow 2-3 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. Fitting a standard Kingswinford unit is normally one to two days on site. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
The product
For smaller openings a manual shutter on a spring-balanced barrel is the most economical way to secure the frontage overnight. Options include suited to openings up to about 3m wide; pull strap or winding handle.
Nearby
Kingswinford is in West Midlands covering DY postcodes, and we are often working close by in Aldridge, Rowley Regis and Darlaston.
Local planning
Planning in Kingswinford goes through Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
Before you book
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of West Midlands?
Yes. We cover Kingswinford and the rest of West Midlands, including Aldridge, Rowley Regis and Darlaston.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
