Insulated roller shutters fitted in Wednesbury
Insulated roller shutters in Wednesbury start from about £1,850 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Across Wednesbury, we start by measuring the actual opening, not a photo so the insulated roller shutters arrive made to fit.
From order to fitted
Allow 2-3 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
The product
Twin-wall laths are filled with foam, which reduces heat loss and draughts through the opening and takes the edge off street noise. Common specifications: quieter operation than single-skin laths; twin-wall aluminium laths.
Our West Midlands area
We treat Wednesbury as part of our West Midlands round including the WS postcodes, which puts it on the same route as West Bromwich, Smethwick and Tipton.
Planning rules in Wednesbury
Planning in Wednesbury goes through Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
Costs
Budget from £1,850 plus VAT as a starting point. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
