Costs
Guide price: from £3,200 plus VAT for a standard opening. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
How long it takes
Manufacture usually takes 4-6 weeks after survey. Fitting a standard Telford unit is normally one to two days on site. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
What gets fitted
A fire shutter holds a compartment line for its rated period and closes automatically when the alarm panel signals. Common specifications: tested and certified as a complete assembly; drops automatically on a signal from the fire alarm panel.
