How much?
The entry price is about £3,200 plus VAT. Your quote depends on the opening size, the finish and how easy access is. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
From order to fitted
Expect 4-6 weeks after survey for manufacture. Installation in Sutton Coldfield is usually a day or two once everything is made. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
Specification notes
A fire shutter holds a compartment line for its rated period and closes automatically when the alarm panel signals. Common specifications: annual servicing recommended; tested and certified as a complete assembly.

Local planning
In Sutton Coldfield, applications go to Birmingham City Council. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. You will know before you order.
Before you book
Do you cover the whole of West Midlands?
Yes. We cover Sutton Coldfield and the rest of West Midlands, including Solihull, West Bromwich and Smethwick.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
