Fire-rated shutters fitted in Nottingham
Fire-rated shutters in Nottingham start from about £3,200 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
In Nottingham and nearby, a surveyor measures the unit before anything is priced so the quotation for the fire-rated shutters is a real figure.
Lead times
Expect 4-6 weeks after survey for manufacture. Fitting a standard Nottingham unit is normally one to two days on site. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
Specification notes
A fire shutter holds a compartment line for its rated period and closes automatically when the alarm panel signals. You can specify annual servicing recommended; tested and certified as a complete assembly.
Where we work around Nottingham

Local planning
In Nottingham, applications go to Nottingham City Council. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
