Fire-rated shutters in Hinckley start from about £3,200 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
If your premises are in Hinckley, the first step is a free site survey and the fire-rated shutters are then made to those dimensions.
How long it takes
Manufacture usually takes 4-6 weeks after survey. Fitting a standard Hinckley unit is normally one to two days on site. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
The product
A fire shutter holds a compartment line for its rated period and closes automatically when the alarm panel signals. Common specifications: annual servicing recommended; tested and certified as a complete assembly.

Common questions
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of Leicestershire?
Yes. We cover Hinckley and the rest of Leicestershire, including Melton Mowbray, Coalville and Market Harborough.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
