Rugby Borough Council decides planning in Rugby. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
What it costs in Rugby
Aluminium shopfronts start at around £2,450 plus VAT. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
How long it takes
Allow 3-4 weeks after drawing sign-off from drawings to delivery. On site, most Rugby jobs take one or two days. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
Specification notes
Aluminium is the default for high-street retail because the sections stay slim, the powder coat can match any brand colour, and the frame will not rot, swell or warp. Common specifications: toughened or laminated safety glass to BS EN 12150 / 14449; low-threshold entrance options for level access.

Rugby falls within Warwickshire across the CV postcode district, and we are often working close by in Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon and Bedworth.
