Planning rules in Malvern
Malvern Hills District Council decides planning in Malvern. Swapping like for like is usually fine, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. You will know before you order.
How much?
The entry price is about £2,450 plus VAT. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
How long it takes
Expect 3-4 weeks after drawing sign-off for manufacture. Fitting a standard Malvern unit is normally one to two days on site. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
About the product
Aluminium is the default for high-street retail because the sections stay slim, the powder coat can match any brand colour, and the frame will not rot, swell or warp. Popular choices include thermally broken or non-thermal sections to suit the unit; any RAL colour, including dual-colour frames.
Coverage
Malvern is in Worcestershire covering WR postcodes, so the team is regularly nearby in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcester and Redditch.
Questions from Malvern customers
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of Worcestershire?
Yes. We cover Malvern and the rest of Worcestershire, including Stourport-on-Severn, Worcester and Redditch.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
