You receive an itemised quote covering materials, finish, installation, warranty and any aftercare options. Compare, choose, or walk away — no obligation either way.

What it costs you

Nothing. The introduction is free, the site survey is free, and the quote is free. You only pay if you proceed with one of the specialists for the actual work — and that's a contract directly between you and them.

How quickly can I expect a response?

For standard enquiries, most specialists respond within one working day. For emergency call-outs (shutter stuck open after a break-in, glass smashed, motor failure), board-up is typically on-site within 2–4 hours in cities, same day elsewhere.

Can I request multiple quotes?

Yes — and we'd encourage it. For larger projects, comparing two or three quotes from different specialists gives you the confidence that you're getting the right specification at a fair price. Just indicate this in the project details when you submit your enquiry.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's normal. Many enquiries come from property owners who know they have a problem (security concern, ageing shopfront, planning notice) but not the specific solution. The specialist's site visit is partly a survey, partly a consultation — they'll talk through options before quoting.
